Delivery

We will dispatch the goods within 2 days after receiving the payment, according to the selected delivery method chosen by the customer. The tracking number will be provided in the order details page for customers to track the delivery status on their own.

Description

SF Express

Hong Kong: For orders within the same order of HK$350 or above, shipping fee is waived. For orders below HK$350, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.
Macao: For orders within the same order of HK$400 or above, shipping fee is waived. For orders below HK$400, a shipping fee of HK$40 will be charged.

We offer delivery to your doorstep or to a SF Express intelligent locker. Please check with SF Express for specific delivery coverage.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to remote areas, including Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Lantau Island, all outlying islands, Hong Kong International Airport, and all border control areas.

SF Express (Freight collect)

Hong Kong: Customers are required to pay for the shipping fee directly to SF Express upon receiving the products.

Self-pickup at Lai Chi Kok store

When you choose the option of self-pickup at our store during the ordering process, we will notify you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for pickup. Please note that it usually takes one business day to prepare the products.
If you haven't received our notification, please refrain from coming to the store for pickup as there may not be sufficient stock available at the store.

Note: If we anticipate that we will not be able to deliver the goods on the expected delivery date, we will make an effort to notify you. However, within the limits allowed by law, we do not assume any responsibility for any loss, liability, cost, damage, charge, or expense incurred by you due to delayed shipping.
